What are your beef sticks made from?
Our snack sticks are crafted from 100 % certified biologisch (organic) grass-fed and finished Dutch beef, hand-seasoned with sea salt, cracked black pepper and other seasoning —without any fillers, binders or artificial additives.
How should I store them and what’s the shelf life?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unopened sticks keep for up to 12 months; once opened, consume within 5 days for optimal freshness.
What preservatives do you use?
We use a blend of traditional nitrate salt (sodium nitrite) and encapsulated lactic acid. The nitrate salt is the same preserving compound found in cultured celery powder, but listed transparently on our label. Lactic acid naturally occurs in traditional sausage starter cultures; by using it in an encapsulated form, we achieve precise pH control and consistent shelf stability without any mystery ingredients.
Are they suitable for special diets?
Yes. Our sticks are naturally gluten-, dairy-, soy- and nut-free, made without antibiotics, hormones or GMOs, and contain no sugar—making them ideal for low-carb, keto, paleo and allergy-friendly diets.
