What are your beef sticks made from?
Our beef sticks are made in the Netherlands from natural premium beef. Each stick has 100 kcal and 10 g of complete protein, with under 1 g net carbs and zero sugar. We don’t use fillers or binders, and the recipe is naturally free from gluten, dairy, soy and nuts. For flavour, we use a simple blend of sea salt and spices — nothing unnecessary.
How should I store them and what’s the shelf life?
Keep unopened sticks in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Thanks to careful preservation, they stay fresh for several months — check the best-before date on the pack for exact timing. Once opened, enjoy right away or refrigerate and eat within 2–3 days.
What preservatives do you use?
We use a small amount of curing salt (sodium nitrite) and encapsulated lactic acid to keep our sticks safe and shelf-stable. These are the same compounds traditionally used in cured sausages — we just list them clearly on our label so you know exactly what’s inside.
Are they suitable for special diets?
Yes. Our sticks are naturally gluten-, dairy-, soy- and nut-free, made without antibiotics, hormones or GMOs, and contain no sugar—making them ideal for low-carb, keto, paleo and allergy-friendly diets.
